Q - What fabric can I have my chosen upholstered furniture in?

A – You can have any upholstered product in a choice of fabrics in Crib 5 & 7. See our fabrics page to view our fabric ranges.

 

Q – What is the cheapest fabric A or C?

A – From the lowest to the highest price: Ec, A, B, C etc.

 

Q - Where do I find prices?

A – You can do any of the following:

-          You can request a catalogue and price list online.

Q – How do I request a quote?

A – You can do any of the following:

-          Add the required items into your basket on the website and request a quote following the instructions.

-          Email sales@pineapplecontracts.com with your requirements.

-          Call us on 01622 237830 and one of the sales team will be happy to assist you.

 

Q – Where do I find the dimensions of a product?

A – Dimensions are displayed on the product page underneath each diagram and are displayed H x W x D (then seat height if applicable) in mm.

 

Q – How do I order online?

A – You can request a quote online by adding each item to your basket and clicking the request a quote button. One of the sales team will then send a formal quotation back to you.

Delivery

Q – What are the lead times on products?

A - Excluding the express delivery items that are delivered within 10 days, it’s commonly around 8 weeks but can be quicker depending on the demand in production.

 

Q – I first enquired 5 weeks ago, when will my order arrive?

A – All lead times begin when the entire order is confirmed (this includes the choice of fabric), and not the date of the initial enquiry. So, when provided with a lead time, please take this from the date you received your order confirmation.

 

Q – How are the products delivered?

A – Products are delivered to the desired room, positioned, and all packaging is removed from the site. We can deliver products flat packed or in sections for restricted access and assemble on site for an extra charge. 

 

Q - When and what time will I receive my delivery?

A - We will contact you prior to the date of delivery to make any arrangements. The delivery team will also contact you on the day of delivery one hour before arrival, to give you time to make any preparations for receiving the furniture.

 

Q - Will the items be left at the front door or will they be able to take them to the rooms required?

A - With most deliveries the team will take the items purchased to the rooms required.  They will remove the packaging and wrapping from the items and take it away, leaving you with your furniture complete and ready to use.

 

Q – Will our old furniture be taken away?

A - We can do this if arranged in advance of the delivery.  Please speak with our sales team for details on 01622 237830 or email sales@pineapplecontracts.com.

 

Q – How much does delivery cost?

A – We offer free delivery to mainland England and Wales. Please note small orders may be subject to a ‘Small order surcharge’.

Q – Do you sell to members of the public?

A – No. We supply contract furniture to organisations with challenging environments.

Q – Will I be exempt from paying VAT as the item is being used for someone with a disability or long term illness?

A – Unfortunately we are unable to zero rate the VAT on any purchase as our products can be used in a wide range of environments.
